Structural Engineering
We assess offshore platform structural integrity through static, dynamic, fatigue, and ultimate strength (pushover) analyses, accounting for as-is condition, corrosion, damage, and operational and environmental loads.
We evaluate fitness for purpose and estimate remaining service life, identifying repairs, strengthening measures, and inspection requirements to support safe continued operation.

Offshore production facilities — Corvina Field
Installation of permanent production facilities on the CX-11 offshore platform, with a stated oil production capacity of 7,000 BOPD. Scope included water injection facilities, firefighting systems, and SCADA.
Offshore & onshore pipeline systems
Design, construction, and commissioning of pipeline networks for gas gathering, oil transportation, and water injection, with associated compression units, measurement systems, and SCADA.
Asset integrity — Block Z-2B
Integrity and adequacy plans for offshore and onshore water injection and oil transportation pipelines. Risk-based inspection programs for production facilities and gas processing equipment, with technical support for inspection contractors.
Natural gas processing
Participation in the design, construction, and commissioning of a 50 MMSCFD cryogenic gas processing plant in Block Z-2B.
LPG storage & facility upgrades
Expansion and modernization of an LPG storage plant, including a 9,100 m³ refrigerated storage sphere, firefighting system upgrades, and instrumentation and control improvements. Also included monitoring and supervision of electrical and instrumentation installation at the new fuel storage facility at Jorge Chávez International Airport, with engineering drawing reviews and commissioning plans.
Offshore structural repairs
Development and supervision of offshore platform inspection plans in Block Z-69, following API RP 2A guidelines and an asset integrity framework, to assess structural condition, prioritize repairs, and support fitness-for-purpose and remaining-life evaluations.
